Dendera-Abydos Full-Day Tour Your guide will meet you at your hotel and afterwards you will drive to Qena governorate (~60 km), which takes about one hour. There you will visit the temple of Dendera. The next stop will be the temple of Abydos in Sohag Governorate (~140 km). This drive will take about 90 minutes.At the temple of Abydos you have the option to view the Osirion, which is considered the burial place of god Osiris. This part is not part of the tour and requires an extra permission issued by the supreme council of antiquities. After this visit we will start our drive back to your hotel.
